CJ started his career in this industry with A&L Aquatic Weed Control which was owned and operated by his father, Chester Catterton. He started working with the company as a teenager and gained a wealth of experience and a passion for the company that led him to eventually take over under the name CLR Aquatics Inc. He is now leading the organization in a focused and determined manner hoping to increase the company's involvement in improving its customer's needs as well as partnering with State and Federal Agencies to benefit tax payers by providing a cost efficient and very effective way to better the public's waterways.

Chester Catterton owned and nurtured A&L Aquatic Weed Control for over 25 years and is known in the industry as the very best when it comes to using cookie cutters/shredders to improve aquatic environments. He has been on the forefront of mechanical aquatic weed control and specializes in handling any and all types of vegatation. He has been partnering with other contractors as well as multiple state angencies to better waterways across the country for a quarter century.
